  • Developed strategy for Transportation services procurement 2011-2013 for merged Danone - Unimilk business

  • Led 1st country Tender for warehousing logistics in collaboration with Regional function and piloted open-books model with forwarders

  • Defined Industrial CAPEX and OPEX needs and budget early and ensured procurement and contracting

  • Defined integrated RACI and WoW with cross-functional stakeholders and regional procurement

  • Develop Supplier Database and SRM procedures across the managed board

Result
  • Improved indirect categories procurement coverage as per set plan

  • Delivered productivity rate 3,5% of turnover for the managed portfolio

  • Strengthened procurement visibility within Industrial stakeholders and clear WoW

  • Successfully launched collaboration model with Regional Procurement Org

  • Developed and aligned Country Logistics Procurement Roadmap 

  • Delivered Sales and Trade Marketing activities on time and budget leveraging SRM
